{"id":864,"date":"2022-10-19T16:58:13","date_gmt":"2022-10-19T16:58:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/livingreeltime.com\/?p=864"},"modified":"2024-02-04T18:58:17","modified_gmt":"2024-02-04T23:58:17","slug":"winchester-point-umpqua-river-or","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/livingreeltime.com\/?p=864","title":{"rendered":"Winchester Point, Umpqua River, OR"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-post-date\"><time datetime=\"2022-10-19T16:58:13-04:00\">October 19, 2022<\/time><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On our way to Winchester Point we took a slightly longer route that followed the Umpqua River.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have been looking for a second home or property to build a second home for quite some time. &nbsp;I wanted Meg to get a good look at the river and the small towns along it.&nbsp; We really like the area and it\u2019s definitely on our list of potential places.&nbsp; However, we do have some requirements that have been tough to fill: 1.) I want a spot on a great salmon river 2.) Meg needs to be within 1 \u00bd hours to a decent airport 3.)
