fish decide to move upriver dramatically depends on rainfall and tidal swings.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019ve always wanted to fish the Elk and the Sixes.&nbsp; As I normally do, I went to the fish hatchery to verify the salmon were in the river and at what stage.&nbsp; They informed me the fish were still near the river mouths waiting for more substantial rainfall to move into the river systems.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"415\"
