class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It took more effort than you can imagine finding the new truck and camper (mostly the truck due to microchip shortages), but our fishing\/ camper adventure has begun\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first stop that I count on our trip is Creede, CO.&nbsp; The dog and I left our house in the Florida Keys and drove four days to get there.&nbsp; I really don\u2019t count the stops on the way to Creede.&nbsp; They were just places to sleep and hit the road again the next morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"661\" height=\"246\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our good friends have a historic house just southwest of Creede that use to be a fish hatchery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They offered to let us stay in the house, but we just used the camper while next to the house.&nbsp; I have come to learn the term is called, \u2018mooch-docking\u2019.&nbsp; Boondocking is what we are set up for.&nbsp; i.e.&nbsp; The ability to camp anywhere without electricity or water, etc.&nbsp; Basically relying on your solar panels, water stored in your tanks, propane to run the generator, fridge and heater.&nbsp; Mooch-docking is similar, but you can always go in the house, do laundry, grab their internet code, etc.&nbsp; Thanks
